three day long Indo-Bangla Baul Music Festival concluded
A three day long festival of Baul songs named Indo-Bangla Baul Music Festival ended last evening with performances by Bauls from India and Bangladesh.
The program was organised to observe the 129th death anniversary of Baul saint Fakir Lalon Shah.
More than 25 Bauls performed during the program.
the festival lays emphasis on the liberal and secular values of the region and the message of humanistic philosophy.
The programme organised by the Lalon Biswasangha was supported by the Indian High Commission.
